Though he does love the water, Jack Sparrow has yet to find his pirate crew! This sweet, loving angel is about 3-4 years old and a perfect gentleman. Jack Sparrow was brought to us from a small rural shelter where he had stayed for almost two years. We can't understand why! He gets along well with other dogs, loves to run and play, and enjoys a good snuggle on the couch. He is housebroken, crate trained, and an absolute sweetheart. He adores people, though he is a bit shy with young kids. He does warm up if they are calm and gentle with him, but would be best in a home with kids aged 10 and older. He is also scared of cats, so he needs a feline free home! Mr. Sparrow just needs a home that will give him all the love and adventure with him to the high seas. Could that be you?

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
