It's hard to believe that this beautiful, purebred cocker found himself on death row at a high kill shelter, but the problem of pet overpopulation has no regard for breed, size or age.  This little guy has adjusted well to life in the kennel, but he spends his days dreaming of life in a real home!  Phillip is about 3 years old and weighs around 20 pounds. He would be great in a home with other pets or as an only pet where he can be spoiled rotten!  This pretty boy won't last long, please get your application in soon!
