Hi there! I'm Phergie (like Fergie- my foster mom just thought it would be cute if I matched my brother). I had a bit of a rough start in life and was not born into a great situation. However, my foster mom stepped in and saved me and my brother. We're both doing great now. I was quite a bit smaller than my brothers but I'm catching up now. I love to play, explore, and lay in the grass. My favorite spot for napping is on top of the air vents. I know- crazy but I like to stay cool! My foster mom says I'm pretty smart for such a young pup and I know I'll learn all kinds of things! I'm doing pretty good with potty training, as long as you remember to take me out frequently, I know what to do when we get there! I do hope you'll consider making me part of your family. If a short legged, floofy girl is not quite what you were looking for, check out my brother Phinneus. (I know! We look nothing alike)

Approximate Birthdate:  May 2023

Adoption Fee: $200

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL.

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.

For more information please fill out an application.
