Baby and Fancy are 7 1/2 year old Chihuaua's who have lived her entire lives together. They recently had their lives turned upside down when both of their pet parents passed away a few months apart. You would never know by how well they have handled their new and uprooted lives. They are currently being fostered with 2 older small dogs but they were temporarily fostered with big dogs and a cat. They do great with any friendly dog or cat. They love each other and they love attention. The one thing they love as much as people is a yard. These two could spend hours outside. They love to explore and sniff around outside and have a nice comfortable place to hang out.
Their previous pet parent didn't take them for walks but I think that they could get used to that. They definitely need to be confined to a fenced yard or leashes when not contained because they are runners and they have been known to look for an opportunity to take off on an adventure.
A perfect home would be with or without other pets and a fenced in yard that's suited for lounging. These girls don't tear anything up. They love their dog beds but also enjoy sleeping with their human.
If they are let out frequently for potty breaks it reduces the chance of a potty accident. They are mostly house trained but their previous pet parent kept pads down just in case.
These girls have been well taken care, loved and nurtured their entire lives. It was their moms dying wish that they go into a loving home together.
They are spayed and have always been kept up to date on vaccines, heartworm prevention and flea and tick prevention. For more info contact Jennifer at addicted2dogs@gmail.com.
