Meet Andy. This sweet young gentle boy is so lovable and easy to fall for. Andy would love a forever family of his own. He is currently in a foster home after being saved from a very sad situation where several of his fur siblings were shot in a rural area. Andy looks at you like, "will you please love me and not hurt me?" And the easy answer is "yes we will". Andy enjoys laying in the doggie bed near a human, on the couch near a human, or hanging out in the back yard near a human. He feels secure with his human. And he would love a doggie sibling too. He lives with other dogs and cats and does great with both. And because he is so gentle, he is fantastic with children and loves little ones. He takes treats so gently, walks on a leash so gently, and is kennel trained, where he sleeps at night time.
Andy is estimated to almost 2 years old, is neutered and fully vaccinated. Andy is potty trained and loves to go outside to do his business and to sniff every inch of the yard. We hear shepskys can be very intelligent and find escape routes if given time to become bored outside, so it is important that Andy's forever family keeps an eye on him while he is outside in a fenced yard. Andy would also make a great companion for someone who lives in an apartment, because he is quiet, light on his feet, and walks on a leash so well. If you are looking for a loyal buddy and loving companion, Andy is your man.
