Jamie (Pepper) and Kevin (Jack) are both sweet as can be. Once you gain their trust they want to show you how much they love you by immediately meowing so you know they're awake!  You can hear them purring across the room anticipating your affection. They are both very playful and find joy in anything. They love toys that make noise. Their current favorite toy is a little frog that ribbits. We have to take it away at bed time so we can sleep. We nicknamed Jamie to "Pepper" because she is a little "spicy baby" and acts like she's just one of our grown cats chasing them around the house. When she gets ahold of a feather toy there's no sharing with the other cats or getting it back from her until she decides she's done with it.

Kevin on the other hand can be more calm and nervous. He won't do anything if Jamie doesn't do it first. He's a brave boy, just much more brave when his little sister is around leading the way. His favorite thing is curling up next to you and taking a nap, the first time he trusted me and napped next to me I was watching Titanic and that's where the name "Jack" came from. It would be best for both of them to find a home together.

Adoption Fee: $ 100.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, microchip, FIV/FeLV test, and deworming. A two-week trial is included as part of the adoption.

Because we do not know the background of many of our cats, we cannot guarantee exact age or breed.

Adoption centers may not have a volunteer present to open the cat enclosures, and we have foster homes located throughout the KC metro area. Please fill out an application if you'd like to meet this cat.
