Chelsey was left at a high kill shelter with her dachshund brother, Buddy.  She is what one may describe as the perfect dog.  She is about 5 years old and very well trained.  She has never made a mess in her foster home, crates well, interacts well with the children and cats in the home, and is such a good friend to her little Buddy!

Unfortunately, older black dogs are often overlooked, despite their great personalities and other qualities!  Please don't let this girl go unnoticed!  She would be a perfect first time pet, perfect for an older family wanting a quiet dog, or for a young family just wanting a great companion!
