At 9 weeks old, this little guy is as sweet and fun as can be! Neo really loves to cuddle, especially after a short play session and a meal, so if you need a partner for some tv time and snuggles, Neo is your man.
Neo was part of a large litter, and is looking for his forever home. Neo will soon be neutered and is around 9 lbs at this time. He is mostly black in color with a few subtle white markings along with several white toes. His eyes can melt your heart with one look. He loves to be held and can fall asleep in your arms or next to you on the couch. Neo is currently in a foster home with a 4-year-old child, and is very gentle with her while playing and nestling in her lap.

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming. TARA's pets are all eligible for a
two week trial

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed. Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
