This adorable little boy was abandoned at only 3 months old.  Luckily a good Samaritan took him in and cared for him until he came to us.  Harley is a super cute, sweet little guy who would love to find a forever family of his very own.  He's about 14 weeks old and will be a big boy when fully grown.
