Hi, I'm Layla and I just turned 5 years old.  I am looking for my forever home with another dog my size or larger and a loving family of one or more people.  I know basic commands, am housebroken and enjoy life - whether it's cuddling with my person (or alone) or running in the yard.  I go all night without disturbing my person to go out.  I can be shy at first, but warm up quickly.  I currently live in a foster home with 1 dog and 1 person.  I do tend to be a couch potato and don't bother anything when my person is gone. I also love children!

Adoption Fee: $175.00

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
