Frank was found as a stray and nobody has come forward to claim him. We find this unbelievable as he is just the perfect dog! Incredibly smart and loving, good with other dogs and cats - this is one great little guy! Frank is about 9 months old, still a playful pup but out of the worst of the "puppy stage". He is truly one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet, you'll be missing out if you don't get your application in now!
