Noelle is a great, happy go lucky puppy. She was surrendered to animal control when her owners lost their home in the current bad economy. Luckily for her, we had some space and were able to get her out before her time was up! She is active, playful, smart, funny, and everything you would expect from a healthy, well adjusted little girl. She would like to have a new family that wants to play with her and give her lots of love and toys!
