Iola

Hi Sheri, Thank you for checking in! Luna (new name) is doing great! We took her through the first level of dog training at petsmart a few months back, and is doing very well with commands. I've included a picture of her on her graduation day. I am getting married this month and we just bought a house with a big backyard which she LOVES. She is certainly keeping the squirrels in check, and has already made friends with the neighbor dogs.

Hi, Hubcap is doing great! He's a handful but he's very smart! He is slowly starting to outgrow his puppy phase...even though he's huge! Lol. He is literally a teddy bear and is very protective of me (his mom). :) however, he's so sweet he wouldn't hurt a fly. When I first saw him at the trade show I fell in love with him, and I'm happy to say my love for him is stronger everyday. He's truly my baby... A great dog, and absolutely a family member! Thank you!!

Ibanza

Hi Sherrie, Thank you for checking in on our sweet Scout (formerly Ibanza). We cannot imagine our lives without him, he's such a giant teddy bear and hands down the sweetest dog ever! He often tries to "talk" to us, I think that he believes he is human. It's so funny because he sounds like Scooby Doo when he does this. He has a big brother (golden retriever named Lucky), whom he LOVES to wrestle and play with- they are very close and I love that they have the same energy level. Scout also loves going out on walks with me and Jim and the kids. He's grown into a massive 110 pounds, but still loves to hop up on the couch with us and snuggle, which we love as well. It's just hard to put into words how amazing, sweet, cuddly, loving he is. If one of my kids is having a bad day, or something sad happened at school, it's almost like he can sense it and will go over and put his head on their lap and give them kisses. He's really sensitive and caring like that. We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to adopt him- he's enriched our lives more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so much!Take Care, Erin and Jim

Hi Sherrie, Sorry for the late reply, I was out town during the Labor day weekend. Pepsi is doing great at our home. She loves to play with our 15 month old daughter a lot. She always want to go out and play, and often play dead and refuse to go home when returned from walk. Here are some her recent photos. regards, Lufeng

Its been awhile so I wanted to send an update about Gypsy. Shes doing wonderful! Shes just my little third child/nanny/helper/bedwarmer. Shes so good with the kids. Last week on our way out of the dog park Kyle handed her leash (with her on it) to our 4 year old, Kennedy. I looked at him like he was crazy, but he told me to watch. Gypsy, the girl who likes to pull my arm off while were jogging for the first mile or so, was walking ever so gently right by Kennedys side. In the dog park. She was so delicate and patient and knew that Kennedy would be hurt if she pulled too hard. It was absolutely amazing to watch. I would have never given her that opportunity, and I dont want to how Kyle figured it out ;-) And this morning she was wonderful with Kennedy too. Kennedy was waving a rope toy in front of her face, and occasionally tapping her with it. I asked Kennedy to be gentle so she didnt hurt Gypsy with it. Gypsy was being so patient and sort of trying to mouth at the rope without getting up from where she was. After I talked to Kennedy about playing nicely, Gypsy got up and walked over to me and wagged her tail. I told her it was ok. She turned right back around and went to Kennedy and started mouthing at the rope with a little more enthusiasm. Do you think she just asked permission? LOL Shes so stinkin perfect, and it just keeps getting better and better! Thank you so much for bringing her into our lives :-)
