Tennessee and her companion Wednesday came to us from a rural KS shelter where they were brought in as strays. Both dogs are about 2 to 4 years in age. Tennessee appears to be a St. Bernard/Pyrnees mix or something similar. She is not a huge dog however weighing in at about 65lbs.

Tennessee is a bit more withdrawn than her companion Wednesday, very sweet, gets along fine with dogs of all sizes, not sure about cats at this point. She will be a dog that may take a little time to adjust to her new home. We'd love to see these sweet girls find a home together!

Adoption Fee: $175

TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a  two week trial  .

Due to the fact that many of our dogs come from the local city shelters, we do not know the background of many of them and therefore cannot always guarantee age or breed.  Size is subjective but we use the following guidelines: Small 1-20 pounds, Med 20-50 pounds, Large 50-80 pounds, Extra Large over 80 pounds.
