Hi, my name is Keltie!  I'm a 10 month old female Shetland Sheepdog mix.  I weigh about 15 lbs and I think I'm just about fully grown. I was found as a stray and my family didn't come claim me, so now I'm with my foster family.  I can be a little shy around new people and it takes me a little bit to warm up, but once I do, I'm your best friend (especially if you give me belly rubs)!! I am a very sweet girl who is also very smart!  I already know sit and I do very well playing fetch and bringing it back.  Playing is my FAVORITE thing to do in the whole world.  I love playing with the other dogs in my foster home, however, they sometimes need to tell me to take a break.  I would do well with an active family because if I'm not playing (or sleeping in your lap), I'm on the lookout for something to keep me entertained and finding stray socks is at the top of my list (but I don't chew them up.. I just relocate them for you).

My foster family says that I'm almost fully housetrained and I know I'm fully kennel trained.  I would LOVE to have another dog to play and teach me socialization and I would do great with kids too (however, I do like to jump so maybe little kids that could get knocked over wouldn't be the best... but I am trying to learn to keep my feet on the floor). I need a family that has time to work with me on my manners since I'm just a puppy and also has time for lots of playing with toys and going for walks.  I am so excited to find my forever family.. are you it?
